Your information, handled plainly.

Information we collect

When you place an order, FUSHN receives the information needed to identify the order and deliver the files, such as your email address, order reference, purchased artwork, delivery status, and download activity. We also receive information you choose to include in a support message or review.

Stripe processes payment card details during checkout. FUSHN does not receive or store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use order information to process payment, send download links, prevent fraud, answer support requests, maintain accounting records, and send verified-purchase review invitations. We do not sell customer personal information.

Service providers

FUSHN uses Cloudflare to host the storefront, operate the commerce Worker, store protected delivery archives, and route email delivery. Stripe handles checkout and payment processing. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and protect the transaction.

Retention and choices

Order and delivery records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Depending on where you live, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, or information about our processing. Contact us at orders@fushn.xyz and include the order email used at checkout.
